The Spanish Hour action takes place in Torquemada workshop, a watchmaker who has professional obligations that lead him to leave home in order to check all the clocks on earth. This journey and the time it takes to be completed, is the time that Torquemada's wife has to compose the most disparate extra-marital relations that she devises, receiving lovers from the most diverse social and intellectual backgrounds avoiding boredom by winding the clock of the world.
